Potato Fry Recipe


Potato Fry Recipe Required Ingredients-:


1. Potatoes 4 (cut into small pieces)
2. Cumin 1 tsp
3. Garam masala 1 tsp
4. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
5. Oil 2 tbsp
6. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
7. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
8. Salt as per taste

Method to fry Potato:


To make fried potatoes recipe, wash the potatoes, peel them and then cut the potatoes into small pieces. Now heat oil in a pan, add cumin and turmeric and fry till it crackles. Then add potatoes in it and mix the potatoes well with a spoon and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.

Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt to the potatoes and mix all the spices well and then cover the lid and cook on low flame for 7-10 minutes.

Now remove the lid and mix it again with a spoon and press the potatoes to see if the potatoes have softened well or not. If the potatoes have not softened then cook for 1-2 more minutes. Potato fry is ready to serve, serve it hot and enjoy the taste.
